NewLink Genetics Corporation Announces Pricing for Initial Public Offering AMES, Iowa, Nov. 11, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NewLink Genetics Corporation (Nasdaq:NLNK) announced today the initial public offering of 6,200,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $7.00 per share. The common stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on November 11, 2011 under the trading symbol "NLNK." NewLink has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 930,000 shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any.
